Sunday saw us have a lazy morning before meeting up with Schini again for brunch (at 1pm!), at a place called Public, downtown. We didnt have a reservation and the wait was going to be crazy so instead we went wandering and found a place called Bread. It was really nice food but crappy service (welcome to America). I had this delicious Split Pea soup which really hit the spot. We whiled away a bit of time before going to see 300, everybody is talking about this movie and I can see why. It had a lot to do with the same Aussie animation studio that made Happy Feet and it smashed alot of records over here so we had to check out the fuss. Plus David Wenham was in it and I love him in lots of things (Ah Jen, remember Gettin Square? Y`honnor). A good story but a better excuse to look at 300 spartans wearing very little for the whole time. Very satisfying time was had by all us girls!
